The products of his mad science roam the halls looking for blood. And our protagonists...don't know any of this. In fact, the only thing they're upset about, is how long it's been since old Cudgel said he was going to take a piss...

Guards...Guards is a serious and straightforward horror adventure, subverted by having the players take on the mantle of the worst possible people to be in a horror setting. Our crew are not stunning heroes, cunning knaves, or regular citizenry. They're dullards, loud mouths, and weirdos.
